Jeff Haman Legal Fund
Below is a statement from Steve Dulan.
"As many of you are already aware, a member of Michigan Open Carry Jeff Haman (Hamaneggs) was forcefully contacted by a local police agency last year while peacefully openly carrying his pistol. There is evidence that the officers violated his civil rights and injured him without provocation. This office has been retained to pursue a civil claim in federal court on his behalf. In the past, we have been successful with a similar case, and feel that Mr. Haman's claim has a strong chance of success. We have already begun the process of drafting the relevant documents, even though we have not received any payment thus far. However, we cannot proceed to actually filing the complaint without a 'war chest' to cover costs, fees, and expenses."
